Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights.
 
Working closely with cross-functional teams, your primary responsibility will be to analyse consumer data, market trends, and campaign performance to deliver actionable recommendations. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, which you will leverage to identify market opportunities and optimise marketing efforts.
 
You will possess a degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field, with 5 to 7 years of experience in a marketing or retail environment.
 
Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, proficiency in data analytics, and experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics are essential.
 
Key skills required are your ability to develop and manage complex databases and reporting systems. Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, colour and conceptual skills.
You must be open to new ideas and influences and quick to react to changing trends. Strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are crucial for success in this role.
 
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams, and aligning insights with business goals to enhance overall marketing performance.
