The IT Manager is crucial in overseeing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, system security, and overall technology efficiency.
This position reports to the CTO and requires extensive experience in IT management, network administration, and system infrastructure, as well as a proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects and teams.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
- Extensive experience in IT management, network administration, and system infrastructure,
- A proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects and teams.
- Strong technical expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations), cloud computing, virtualisation, server management, and IT security.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across departments
- Manage vendor relationships and support a growing infrastructure across 50+ client sites and scaling up.
- Beyond technical expertise, strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical.
You will be responsible for database backup and disaster recovery strategies, procurement, vendor management, and cyber security enforcement, including regular penetration testing and risk assessments.
You will oversee network design, cloud infrastructure on AWS, office IT systems, and ISP management while ensuring robust remote monitoring and Tier 2 support.
This hands-on role requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ensure that IT initiatives align with business objectives.
