Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will support the Human Resources department by ensuring efficient HR policies, procedures, and compliance administration.
 
The role requires:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Additional HRM certifications are advantageous.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in CCMA cases, disciplinary enquiries, and IR investigations is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required to manage internal and external queries.
  • Proficiency in HR metrics reporting and clocking systems administration is preferred.
 
Key responsibilities include administering recruitment, remuneration, training, and development processes and handling personnel records, employment contracts, payroll administration, and compliance with employment equity regulations.
 
The role involves preparing job descriptions, managing leave administration, coordinating HR projects, and revising company policies.
 
This role demands high organisational ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
