You will be key in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance workforce efficiency, compliance, and engagement. This role requires expertise in industrial relations, workforce planning, payroll management, and adherence to MEIBC regulations and standard labour laws. This is a HR Generalist role.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources Management
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the LRA, BCEA, EE, Skills Development, and BBBEE Act.
- Prior exposure to HR management in manufacturing or a related industry, industrial relations in a factory setting, and policy development is essential.
Success in this role requires managing employee relations, driving talent acquisition, and overseeing performance management frameworks. You must handle compliance, training initiatives, and workforce planning while fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include managing disciplinary processes, ensuring legal compliance, facilitating employment equity initiatives, and driving engagement strategies.
