Head of eCommerce

The Head of e-commerce is a critical role, integral to the company’s operations and a key participant in the Executive Committee.
 
This role is focused on driving digital sales and enhancing customer experiences. You should have 5-7 years of experience in digital leadership, with at least 3 years managing teams.
 
The role requires expertise in e-commerce, online marketing, UI/UX, and data analytics, as well as strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. It also demands excellent problem-solving abilities, SEO/SEM and CRM proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. A BSc degree in digital technologies or a relevant Business field is essential.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing digital sales and marketing strategies
  • Managing e-commerce partnerships and the company’s website
  • Retail experience is essential
  • Leading a digital team and setting KPIs for sales, conversion, and customer growth
  • Optimising online marketing campaigns and ensuring data integrity
