Key responsibilities include financial planning, cost management, reporting, cash flow optimisation, capital budgeting, risk mitigation, compliance, and team leadership. Experience and Skills:
  • NB: 3 years of proven experience as a Financial Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to steer manufacturing operations effectively.
  • Conducted detailed variance analysis and delivered insightful reports to senior management regarding financial performance against budgets.
  • Oversee cost accounting activities to uncover cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall cost efficiency.
  • Analyse production costs, inventory levels, and manufacturing processes to bolster profitability.
  • Prepare precise and timely financial statements, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure adherence to pertinent accounting standards and regulations, upholding financial integrity and transparency.
