Export Sales Manager

Ideal candidates for this position should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. You should also have at least 5 years of consultative sales experience in the Construction and  Building industry within Sub-Saharan Africa.
The role requires proven expertise in export business operations, including a deep understanding of foreign trade regulations. Strong analytical and negotiation skills and familiarity with export documentation and cross-border duties are essential.
You should possess a sound understanding of construction material sales and financial return metrics and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing export opportunities, effectively managing existing export customers, and strategically evaluating and executing price adjustments to drive growth. Collaborative skills will be essential in working with various teams to streamline the customer experience, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders is crucial for facilitating growth.
