About the Role: As a pivotal player within the Special Projects Unit, you’ll take ownership of Debtors Management, driving excellence in both operational efficiency and team leadership. With an impeccable attention to detail and an innate ability to manage high-volume accounts, you will be the beacon for credit management and financial accountability.
Key Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Programme in Credit Management (advantageous).
Your Track Record Should Include:
- A minimum of 5 years in Debtors Management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous).
- Proven success in handling high-volume accounts.

Your Mandate:
- Direct and empower the debtor’s department, setting clear performance metrics.
- Deliver timely reports, address account queries, and foster collaboration with customer service and sales teams.
- Oversee credit protocols, from account sign-offs to limit assessments, ensuring minimized credit risks.
- Safeguard operational integrity through ledger reconciliations, cash receipts forecasting, and internal control audits.
- Engage in various special projects as the need arises.
