Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be required to manage demand and supply of the respective automotive products through a network of automotive in the region

  • Responsible within the assigned region for the growth of the division’s brands and products in line with the division’s objectives.
  • Includes driving sales revenue by creating pull and push mechanisms for the automotive and products through the entire supply channel.
  • Promotion of products directly and indirectly into the region, direct marketing activities, in-store merchandising, point of sale and brand awareness in line with the brand guidelines and marketing plan.
  • Working to build strong long-term relationships with current and new customers, owners, management, staff, and key people for the region
  • Required to provide technical training and technical assistance to the internal and external sales teams when required.


Skills Required


  • Grade 12
  • Diploma or in a Sales or Marketing field


Essential Experience and Skills

  • Proven track record and ability in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record in Accounts Management/Merchandising
  • Good Project Management skills and Task Management skills
  • Computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Navision
  • CRM Utilization / Market Intelligence skills An understanding of business financial principles
  • Understanding of merchandising principles, procedures and programs
  • Sound business and financial skills
  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Advanced training skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
