Key Result Areas

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company web site
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products and services
  • Responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
  • Managing eCommerce for all brands, as well as the relationship with all e-retailers
  • Managing all the company websites and platforms for ecommerce
  • Managing the development team and all the service provider relationships
  • Responsible for ensuring all legal contracts and Internet agreements are in order between the company and retailers
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
    • oDevelop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
    • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Reporting on Google Analytics and managing all reports


Skills Required

Education

  • University degree preferred

Essential Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in eBusiness.
  • Strong experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites
  • Strong experience in eCommerce Operations (Content Management and e-Merchandising)
  • Strong Web Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics certification a plus)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM tool or similar
  • CRM and eCRM experience a plus
  • Commercial Business Acumen (understanding of processes and enablers, drivers of Business Models & being capable to translate it into relevant Marketing Actions)
  • Good understanding of value chain analysis and all functional areas of the business beyond Marketing, e.g. finance, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, demand planning
  • Excellent planning and administration skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work independently
