About this job

Our client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and fuel the growth of the Group’s talent pipeline. You will be responsible for recruiting for all entities of the Group, from administrator level to Senior Management positions and everything in between across all departments (Sales, Finance, Technology, Operation etc). You will be a key player in building a strong employer brand through various digital and social media channels and recruiting events. You will have previous headhunting experience and has exposure to high volume recruitment ideally at both agency and corporate environments.

Purpose

  • To assist the HR Team to achieve their strategic goals of sourcing and recruiting the best talent in the market.
  • The role is focused on filling current vacancies as well as focus on long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skillset.
  • This role allows you to collaborate with the current teams to find skilled talent that fit the company culture and to help deliver world class logistics service to our clients.
  • This is a critical role within the organisation and requires an adaptable individual that is passionate about recruitment and assisting candidate’s progress in their careers whilst providing the business with the best talent available to take our business in the intended strategic direction.
  • The fundamental purpose is to perform the full scope of candidate sourcing, recruiting, selecting and on-boarding activities to support the company staffing needs.
  • Partners with line managers and the Human Resources Generalists to provide full-cycle talent acquisition advise and services.


Skills Required

Desired Skills and Experience

  • HR Qualification Required
  • Three (3+) years prior recruiting and talent acquisition experience, preferably in both agency and corporate environment.
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience identifying and securing sources of potential job candidates.
  • Experience recruiting qualified candidates from a variety of sources.
  • Experience marketing and selling a company's attributes to external candidates.
  • Experience working with various recruitment/acquisition tools needed as well as MS Office and Outlook

Knowledge of:

  • Principles and techniques of human resources management.
  • Methods and techniques of recruitment, selection and placement.
  • Creative sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
  • Web search techniques to identify and recruit passive candidates
  • Reporting

Ability to:

  • Analyse current employment and recruitment practices and identify ways to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of those practices.
  • Collaborate and communicate with line managers, management staff, applicants as well as human resources team members.
  • Compile data including metrics, maintain records and files, and participate in the preparation of clear and concise reports.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
