About this job

Ensure that consignment stock is tracked on a daily basis and all stock sold to be invoiced.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Daily processing of finance, movement and stock files
  • Reconciliation of invoicing and inventory per warehouse
  • Identification of shortcomings within process and rectification thereof
  • Completeness of monthly files processed
  • Reconciliation of goods in transit
  • IRO over/under supply
  • IRO timing of adjustment processing and inconsistencies
  • Attendance of stock takes and management of attendance of stock takes
  • Ensuring adjustments are processed by client timeously
  • Ensure excess stock is moved to stores to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure co-ordination with client when prices changes are passed through


Skills Required


  • Matric
  • Logistics Qualification or studying towards a logistics qualification



  • Experience in Logistics
  • At least 1-year experience in a Supply Chain Logistics structure
  • Knowledge of ERP system (Syspro)
  • Warehouse Management system
  • Netstock knowledge
  • Excel knowledge at an intermediate level
