Responsible and confident marketing analyst with past success with accurate forecasts and plans to build business and meet objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • A Business Science / BComm / Finance / Stats / Marketing Degree and/or CIMA qualification 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience planning (preferably within a retail/marketing environment)
  • Passionate about data, insights and analytics
  • Excellent cross functional team management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Skills Required
  • Accurately forecast and develop business and meet financial objects and develop clear business plans.
  • Monitor curve trends with a view to implement necessary adjustments
  • Provide pertinent reports and analysis on sales, marketing reviews, quarterly concepts etc.
  • Forecast of financial flows
  • Analyse trends relating to key variables within campaigns and make necessary proposals for improvement.
  • Drive collaboration and with stakeholders, credit risk and ops to ensure business plan is aligned
  • Identify and investigate revenue and spend variances
  • Drive organic growth, increase customer demand
  • Improve business conversion by achieving Net Factor objectives.
  • Drive process improvements in planning
  • Monitor campaigns and channel performance
  • Forecast growth strategic areas
