About this job

5+ years Technical experience in Lubrication systems, components and related products across industries (Commercial, Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Forestry, Construction and Infrastructure etc

Key Result Areas:

  • Develop customer base to expand business across industry industries -  Commercial, Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Forestry, Construction and Infrastructure etc 
  • Conducting Sales activities by telephone, e-mail and face to face interaction.
  • Visiting customers on a Weekly basis.
  • Attend to breakdowns when required.
  • Complete relevant paperwork in line with company policies and procedures i.e. Job Cards; PODs etc.
  • Installations of lube systems
  • Repair and Services of lube systems
  • Fault finding and repairs on lubrication systems
  • Follow ups
  • Weekly planning
  • Attend meetings
  • Build Customer Relations
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Assist Manager with setting of Sales budgets and ensure that these are consistently met and /or exceeded.
  • Managing petrol consumption and Cell phone usage.

 



Skills Required

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Technical qualification
  • 5+ years Technical experience in Lubrication systems, components and related products across industries (Commercial, Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Forestry, Construction and Infrastructure etc.) 
  • Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans
  • Computer literate (MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Syspro Operating System - Advantageous
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Medical and Criminal Clearance due to Mine site access and restricted areas.
  • Clear Credit Record
